What are the top 3 things you can do to free from problems?

Dealing with a broken copier is the last thing you want to do! Follow these tips to keep your copier free of problems and working like new.
Contact a Local Partner
1. Be gentle with your copier.

Close paper trays and replace consumables carefully. Forcing the paper trays or consumables is a sure-fire way to break your copier. If you have to use force, there is something wrong. You will cause damage to the machine which could result in an expensive copier repair.

2. Follow the suggested replacement timeline.

Next, follow the suggested replacement schedule for parts and components that are known to wear out over time. Following the manufacturer’s timeline, will help you prevent common copier problems such as paper jams and lines on your copies.

3. Follow a maintenance schedule.

Schedule maintenance for your copier to keep it clean. Over time dust and debris will build up inside the copier, this can cause many common copier issues. A copier that is clean and maintained on a regular basis is less likely to require expensive repairs in the future.
