Our standard response time is 4-hours for onsite copier repairs. Service times may vary depending on the copier’s location and current traffic conditions.
3. How much will it cost to repair my copier?

Copier Repair and Service provides service for most brands of copiers. We service Sharp, Toshiba, Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Kyocera, Xerox +more. Service on some makes and models may not be available in your area. Please check with the location nearest you for service on a specific copier model.
6. Can I purchase a maintenance agreement for my copier?
Yes. Maintenance agreements are available through and purchased directly from most of our local copier repair partners. Please contact a location near you for available options.
7. What forms of payment do you accept?
Each Copier Repair and Service partner is responsible for setting payment policies for their location. Most locations accept major credit cards and have billing options.
8. I don't have the budget to repair my copier, is there anything I can try without the help of a copier technician?
We do not recommend working on your copier. However, if that is your only option, we would like to help. The first thing you will need to repair your copier is the correct service manual. 9. Does Copier Repair and Service pay cash for empty copier toner bottles?
We recommend that you contact US Recycling for toner recycling. They specialize in buying empty and surplus toner cartridges.
10. My copier is beyond repair, what can I do with the surplus toner?
If your copier was not worth repairing not all is lost. Your unused toner may have value. We suggest contacting US Recycling to discuss buying your surplus copier toner. You can call 888-531-8119 or upload a picture of your toners here for an online quote.
